Refunds and Returns

We hope you will be pleased with your reclaimed and reworked MAD BROWN KNITWEAR. If you are not please email us explaining the reason for your refund request. Refunds will be approved / denied based upon the reason for the refund. Please return the item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and postage charge will not be refunded. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that commissions cannot be refunded.

Damages and Repairs

MAD BROWN KNITWEAR wants you to love your item for life. If it requires a little complimentary TLC all you need to do is send an email to us and explain the repair required, along with a couple of detailed photos so we can see what repair is needed. The payment for the return postage will be up to you but we will repair at no cost to you.

Please note that we cannot repair items if they have been shrunken and felted, largely torn or dyed in anyway. Please follow the care instructions for how to properly take care of your knitwear, here.
