MAD BROWN KNITWEAR commissions are unique, one of a kind, designed and handmade to suit your idea.

When you commission a bespoke garment from MAD BROWN KNITWEAR it is important to note the following:

We ask that payment is made once the process has been started and the jumper and colour way has been agreed before the jumper is started.

Every item is reclaimed and therefore may show some signs of preloved and wear.

Every item is carefully reworked by hand and takes a little time so please do allow up to 6-8 weeks for a commission to be completed.  

An exclusive repair service is available for all MAD BROWN KNITWEAR commissions to ensure you can love your item for life.

A 5 step guide to commissioning from MAD BROWN KNITWEAR

  1. Once the commissions list is open, please fill out the form and tell us what you would like to order.

  2. Tell us the size and specifics of what you are after and we will source a couple of garment options for you to choose from. We will send you a photo and include the measurements so you can confirm the perfect fit, we recommend measuring against one of your favourite pieces of knitwear for comparison.

  3. Once you have picked your jumper the fun starts with you choosing your colour combinations. We agree these and we start the work on your item.

  4. Half way through we send you a photo and you get a sneak preview of progress.

  5. Once finished we send you the final photos and carefully package up your item and ship to you.

Please note that commissions are non-refundable.

Jumpers with just the front reworked are between £195-215 and jumpers with the front and sleeves reworked are between £295-335.
